Qualification criteria for businesses applying for Elite coaching

There are qualification criteria for several reasons, firstly I can only work with a limited number of businesses. Every business I work with must want to achieve the 3 primary objectives above.


The coaching is for ambitious and coachable clients everywhere, it is exciting, different and produces dramatic results, having said that it is not for everyone, here's a checklist.

Who it's not for

  • Businesses that simply don't implement - This is not the next shiny object!
  • New businesses, you need to be more advanced, ask about my Start up Success programme
  • Small businesses, this won't work if it's you and a couple of others, ask about my Start up Success programme
  • Large businesses, if you have more than £20M revenues I can work with you but on a different basis, apply let's talk.

Who it is for

  • Must be entrepreneurial, open and willing to try new things.
  • Must be willing to implement and not just offer excuses for inaction.
  • Must be willing to keep score and measure progress.
  • Must be willing to plan, so we know where we are, and where we're going.
  • Finally, must be willing to have fun, make mistakes and admit them, I will too.

How does it happen?

We can discuss this more after your application, but we usually meet online, occasionally face to face, once a fortnight for an hour, don't worry everyone is busy, the first thing we do is concentrate on creating the free time for our meeting.

Guarantee

This isn't cheap (is cheap coaching any good?). But what do you expect this is a high value service. One that works and has grown businesses rapidly whilst maintaining or increasing profit margins.


I get it though, you don't know me, you may not be 100% sure it will work for you. So how about I take away all the risk, and guarantee you get results?

How long will it take?

The coaching is delivered in 12 week sections and usually lasts for a minimum of 12 months, the reason is explained during the first call.

When is the right time to get started

Right now, the question is why wait? The quicker you start the quicker you get results, there is no reason to delay that.

How fast before we get results?

This is hard to say because businesses are starting from different positions. We have seen results in weeks, but can't promise that. However you will notice changes right away, particularly in your thought processes and view of business.

What will we actually be implementing?

All sorts of things, around Strategy, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finances and Operations. In what order and exactly what, you will find out when we start.

Will we actually be working with Steve?

Yes, you will not be fobbed of to work with an assistant or junior.

Can we take a break?

There will be breaks around holidays, but besides that there should be no need, but we're all human and stuff happens so we can talk, remember you can and should be delegating actions.
