* Achieved best ever December sales within two weeks of working with one customer increase circa £400K.
* Delivered record sales for the first five months in a row for the same client circa £1.2M/Month.
* Helped nearly double the turnover of a business from £4.7M to £8.5M within 18 months.

Along the way I've found time to study hundreds of business books, take lots of training courses and complete an MBA.

No one is short of advice—the internet is filled with it. But if generic advice worked, we’d all read Musk’s biography or study Taylor Swift’s career moves and be at the top of our game. Real growth comes from solutions tailored to your specific strengths, situation, and vision.

“Your business problems can’t be solved with the same thinking that created them.”

Einstein said it best: you can’t solve a problem with the same thinking that created it. Stale perspectives lead to stale results; fresh ideas and new approaches are the fuel for meaningful progress.

“Leadership is the engine of growth — if you don’t evolve as a leader, your business won’t evolve either.”

Think of a business like a tree; it grows only as strong as its roots. If you’re not continually improving as a leader, your business will hit a ceiling. Growth starts at the top, with you.

Like trying to wear shoes that don’t fit, generic solutions just won’t get you where you want to go. Only strategies aligned with your unique vision drive meaningful progress; anything else is wasted effort.

Think of training for a marathon: you need a specific, focused plan, not just endless running without direction. Real progress happens quickly when you’re strategic and targeted, not wandering aimlessly.

I believe with the proper education, understanding, methodology and personal coaching we can bring my (and hopefully your) purpose to life.

Business owners make the world go around, nothing would happen without them providing all the goods and services that make up modern society.
Business owners can (should) express their values and purpose through their work to drive the economy both theirs and the larger one forward.
Most business owners don't earn enough for all the hours, stress and effort they put in trying to add value.
Business owners should be able to make more and do more, so that their business can have the maximum impact possible not just for them but for their customers, suppliers and employees.
I believe business is the life blood of any successful economy and leads to everyone living a better life, so here's to all business owners achieving their mission and purpose.
